# Get a File Share URL

`GET /nd/api/share/shareurl`

Retrieve an existing share URL after enabling the share with appropriate permissions. Authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <access_token>`.

## Query Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `file_id` | string | File or folder ID |
| `is_https` | number | 1 requests HTTPS; 0 requests HTTP. The source defaults to 0, so explicitly use 1 in production |

The host and token are placeholders. The original PDF example contains a duplicated URL; use the actual returned `url` instead of reproducing that malformed example. Investigate deployment settings if the service returns an unexpected or insecure address.

Retrieving a URL does not change its password, expiration or permissions. Check those settings if the link is expired, disabled or inaccessible. See [Sharing API](https://www.babel.cc/public/babelwiki/en/developer-api-sharing.html).
