# Create corporate division

`POST /nd/api/enterprise/create_department`

## POST body parameters

| `parent_dep` | `string` | Required parent ID; 0 means root level |
| `name` | `string` | Required department name |
| `description` | `string` | Optional description |

## Response

Fields listed in the source: `department`, `code`, `sucess`.

The source spells the flag sucess, unlike success elsewhere. Confirm the actual deployment response; do not silently change the wire contract.

## Calling the Endpoint

Use `Authorization: Bearer <access_token>`. GET parameters belong in the URL query; normal business POST requests use JSON. Check HTTP status and then the business result. Confirm array serialization and ambiguous types with the deployment instead of inventing fields.
