# Private package overview

BabelBird Private Cloud runs on customer-managed servers, private cloud infrastructure or a designated cloud platform. Every plan includes base file preview. First choose the licensing model and user capacity, then select preview extensions, online Office, Zhichao AI and other modules. Finally confirm deployment, integrations and support. The options below reflect the 2026 private cloud selection catalog; the signed contract and delivery checklist define the actual scope.

## Applicable scenarios

- Store enterprise files in an on-premises data center, government or enterprise cloud, dedicated cloud or isolated network.
- Integrate with WeCom, DingTalk, Feishu, OA, ERP, PDM, AD/SSO or a unified identity service.
- Use object storage, transfers between security zones, department policies, auditing, watermarks, IP policies or MAC address binding.
- Select online Office, CAD preview, AI knowledge bases, document control, automation or electronic signatures for specific workflows.
- Arrange white-label branding, workflow customization, API integration or custom development.

## Licensing Models and User Capacity {#license-options}

Licensed user capacity and online Office concurrency are different measures. A 500-user private cloud license does not automatically include Office concurrency capacity of 500. Office modules offer separate concurrency tiers of 20, 50, 100 and 200.

## Confirming the Delivery Scope {#price-and-quotation-caliber}

1. Choose the licensing model and user capacity, including expected expansion.
2. Base file preview is included. List any additional preview extensions, editing, AI, security and API modules, then confirm their licensing scope.
3. Confirm servers, storage, networking, backups, Xinchuang compatibility and integration prerequisites.
4. Agree on implementation, training, maintenance, updates and acceptance criteria. Delivery dates follow the project plan.
