# Intellectual Property And Confidentiality

BabelBird software, clients, mobile apps, APIs, page design, documentation, trademarks, logos, technical solutions and related intellectual property belong to their rights holders. Customers receive a limited license to use the software or service; they do not acquire ownership, source code, trademarks or other IP by using the service.

## Customer Data

Enterprise files, business materials, customer materials, project materials and related content uploaded, created, edited, annotated and accumulated by customers are generally owned by the customer or lawful rights holder. Except as required by law, authorized by the customer, necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, security audit or contract performance, the service provider should not use customer data for unrelated purposes.

## Restrictions

Without authorization, users must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, crack, bypass license limits, extract source code, imitate UI or functions, remove copyright notices or develop competing products based on BabelBird software. Users must not use BabelBird names, logos, trademarks or confusingly similar marks without permission.

## Confidentiality

Business secrets, technical materials, pricing, contracts, accounts, deployment plans, system configurations, customer data, unreleased product information and other confidential information learned during cooperation should be kept confidential. Confidential information excludes information already public, made public not due to the recipient, lawfully obtained from a third party, independently developed or legally required to be disclosed.
