This section explains common service models, software license, data and privacy, rights and obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, risks, service changes, legal dispute handling and support for BabelBird Enterprise Drive. It is explanatory documentation for users. The specific rights, obligations, service scope, fees, term, acceptance, maintenance and liability of a project are governed by the signed order, contract, supplemental agreement, official service terms and privacy policy.

Molamola is the English company name of Shanghai Huaqing Information Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply to all services provided by Shanghai Huaqing, including BabelBird. For services purchased under a contract, the effective date and term follow that contract. For direct online purchases, the purchase date is the service effective date, and the term follows the purchased order or plan. A policy document's own revision or effective date is distinct from an individual customer's service start date.
